At NetMatch you get a lot of responsibility, which you can substantiate with good technical solutions. You analyze, design and implement these yourself!

NetMatch is a very flat organization. This only works when everyone knows and takes his responsibility. This means in practice that you do not particularly get an assignment, but more the responsibility for (good) result.

Besides that it certainly also is possible to achieve responsibility by delivering good work and own input. This way you create your own activities and career path.
