We think it is important that our colleagues are inspired by the latest technologies. Our standard of knowledge is high and we constantly try to improve the way we work and explore new techniques. We do this in our daily work, but also in monthly FedEx days and job rotation days. On a FedEx day, our colleagues get the opportunity to choose their own project to work on for a day, and they share the results with all colleagues. In a job rotation day, colleagues can change job or project for a day to experience another technology or activity. So on these days we work on new and innovative projects that inspire us.
In small to medium sized project teams we work on the best e-business solutions for the travel industry. You have the freedom and responsibility to make your own contribution. We adopt both CMMI and agile project methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban to accommodate good ideas from the development team. NetMatch consists of an enthusiastic group of colleagues in positions such as software developer (front end, back end, database, OutSystems), software architect, designer, tester, requirements engineer, project manager, system administrator and application support analyst.
